There are many rich and super-rich people in this world who would like to give their best to their children; and they do so too. However, when it comes to success, they find that there is no such guaranteed pill, course, book or method. In order to achieve success, you have to have it in you.

Some Important Aspects Can and are Taught

There are many aspects that children learn in their school, colleges and universities regarding how to achieve success in their endeavors. In other words, success coaching translates into the knowledge of performing well in a job, achieving targets, contributing to the organization, society and your own person. All these aspects can be taught, and are taught in all the leading educational institutions.

However, success coaching ends there. The expertise that one receives from schools is indeed invaluable, but it is totally useless if you do not have the fire in your belly to pursue unachievable goals, to break your own records, to reach out for the stars.

I had read somewhere a wonderful saying, "nothing can be achieved by a reasonable man.' How true! The moment you 'understand' and accept the reasons for any failure, you will quit. When you quit, you have left the path to success.

Success coaching may teach you that it is important not to give up, but it will never be able to motivate you to stay right on the course when the going becomes tougher and tougher. It will also not be able to keep you totally focused on your goal, despite the obstacles that will keep deflecting your efforts to failure.

There is another saying that will express what I want to say, 'the successful man only tried one more time'. The ability to keep trying 'one more time' is what makes all the difference. The success coaching you get in your college and universities will not be able to instill in you that hunger to reach your goal come-what-may; and that hunger is what makes all the difference.

If you take all the above into consideration, you will find only one school which really offers you real success coaching; and that is life. Life gives you the inherent qualities to be a leader and to be self-assured, to be determined. These attributes cannot be taught with the help of books and simulation management games; it can be taught only by life's experiences - though these lessons are sometime gentle, most of the times, these are as rough as it can come. Those who never think of quitting in spite of it all, succeed.
