Educational Leadership: Motivating Others
When leading others, it is important to have good leadership skills. That's why it's important for anyone in a supervisory position to attend a good educational leadership course or seminar. Leading others requires specific skills that can be taught.
First of all, you need good interpersonal skills. If others don't like you, they're not going to listen to you. Second, you have to be assertive and sure of yourself.
